The Project:
The project is part of a broader effort to enhance and preserve the building, with the aim of safeguarding its historical character and restoring an authentic and harmonious appearance. The design approach combined conservation expertise with great attention to detail, ensuring a balanced relationship between heritage preservation and contemporary functionality.
The intervention restored the building’s integrity and beauty, fully respecting its historical value and architectural identity.
On the external façades, new marmorino plaster finishes were applied, and conservative restoration work was carried out on the decorative elements made of Botticino marble, bringing them back to their original appearance.
The project also included the structural consolidation of the roof, with the replacement of deteriorated wooden boards and the reinstallation of the original historic roof tiles, in full respect of traditional materials and construction techniques.
